AgriCharts Website Content Management Training Classes

AgriCharts Website Content Management Classes give you the edge on website management, design and support. These classes will cover all aspects of the AgriCharts Administration / Content Management System, from initial site set-up and customization to cash bid management. Class schedules and topics are listed below so you can choose specific areas of interest. Use these classes to help train new staff or to give yourself a quick refresher course. All classes are free of charge.

Class Requirements:

• A Computer: All classes will be run by "GoToMeeting", a free online Web Conferencing software. You will receive an e-mail the morning of the class including a link and brief instructions for logging into GoToMeeting.
• A Phone: You will be provided with a Conference Call phone number to call and access for each class. This information will also be sent in the e-mail you receive the morning of the event.
  

Class Procecures:

• All Classes will start on time.
• Participants will NOT need to announce themselves when entering the class (you can remain private).
• All Questions are to be held until the end of the class presentation.

Additional Questions and One-on-One GoToMeetings:

• If you have questions specific to your website that are not covered in one of our general training sessions, you may arrange for one-on-one GoToMeeting classes with an AgriCharts Support Specialist.
• To arrange for a one-on-one session, please complete the Registration Form, and indicate in the Requested Class field that you would like a "one-on-one" session. Also list dates and times that you are available for this session.
• Please indicate in the Additional Comments field the topics you would like covered in your one-on-one session.
• We will attempt to accomodate your one-on-one date/time, and will contact you to finalize the training session.
  

Training Schedule

All classes will start at 3 PM CST. You are welcome to join late if you are registered, but you may miss sections of class.

The instructor will go through the class in its entirety before taking any questions. Please be prepared to take notes so you may ask the instructor questions at the conclusion of class. If needed, you may set up a one-on-one GoToMeeting to review your specific questions. This will allow for the class to run smoothly and finish on time.
