AgriCharts’ Website Hosting Platform Enhances Clients Growing Businesses

AgriCharts launches new websites for clients resulting in increased online traffic and brand recognition

CHICAGO, IL – August 23, 2011 – AgriCharts, the agricultural division of Barchart.com, Inc., which provides market data, agribusiness website hosting and technology solutions to the agricultural industry, announces the launch of a variety of new agribusiness website hosting relationships. As a result, the new clients have experienced improved productivity from AgriCharts’ professional websites, while keeping them manageable for site administrators regardless of skill level.

“We use our clients’ feedback to enhance our platform to fit their needs, which has resulted in improved productivity and better relations with the clients’ own users,” said Mark Haraburda, AgriCharts Managing Director. “Ongoing interactions with our clients are absolutely imperative, not only to maintain client relationships, but to also constantly enhance our product,” added Haraburda.

The ability to build professional, yet manageable websites has left clients impressed with the efficiency of the AgriCharts platform. “When our company made the decision to set up a new site with AgriCharts, the process of constructing it from scratch seemed daunting. In reality, the process went smoothly, despite my limited website building skills.  Working with a pre-made demo site—which nearly encompassed everything we needed—left a minimal amount of customization work on our part,” said Kevin R. Kjorsvik of Harrold Terminal, LLC. “The web building tools were logical and easy-to-use, and in the instances that I did need assistance, the technical support team at AgriCharts was available, knowledgeable and immediately completed tasks that I neither had the time for nor ability to accomplish,” Kjorsvik added.

AgriCharts’ strategy has been successful, leaving customers satisfied by the improved productivity of their growing businesses. “Since working with AgriCharts on our website, customer traffic has increased significantly. Customers, old and new alike, appreciate all of the information available to them with just a click-of-the-mouse. As the administrator of the site, I appreciate the ease at which I can enter or edit information. The customer service I have received has been phenomenal from the start,” said Angie Maguire of Citizens LLC. “Overall, I am incredibly pleased with our transition to AgriCharts and look forward to working with AgriCharts for many years to come,” added Maguire.

Some of AgriCharts’ new clients include: American Ag Network (www.americanagnetwork.com), Agland Marketing (www.aglandmarketing.com), Cantril Feed & Grain (www.cantrilfeedgrain.com), Co-Alliance Energy and Agribusiness Solutions (www.co-alliance.com), Citizens LLC (www.citizenselevator.com), Decisive Farming (www.decisivefarming.com), Elmer Wood Company, Inc.
